Anchor Point Community Services is a community outreach organization dedicated to fostering growth, confidence, and community connection for youth and vulnerable adults. We recognize that life transitions—whether navigating the foster care system, aging out of support, or seeking stability after hardship—require more than just resources; they require a network of support.
Who We Support
Youth Mentorship
We support youth aged 15-24 who are transitioning out of foster care or facing barriers to stable adulthood. Our goal is to provide the guidance and tools they need to succeed.
Vulnerable Adults
Individuals navigating the complexities of re-entry, recovery, or chronic housing instability find a supportive partner at Anchor Point as they rebuild their lives.
Families in Transition
We provide resources and mentorship to families working toward self-sufficiency and permanent housing, ensuring children have a stable foundation to grow.
Community Partners
We collaborate with local organizations, landlords, and businesses to create a network of support that broadens opportunities for the people we serve.

Transitional Mentorship
